It finally happened! MAS Medical Staffing has been named as one of 2019 Best Places to Work in New Hampshire, and we could not be more thrilled! The annual list of Best Places to Work in New Hampshire is curated by Business New Hampshire Magazine and The Employee Engagement Group.
The goal of this statewide survey is to identify and recognize businesses whose employees love their jobs, take pride in the work they do, and treat everyone fairly. How do we stand out from the rest? MAS strives to be a different kind of medical staffing company. We want our people to have fun, feel supported, and be rewarded for achieving their goals! We live by the words “work shouldn’t be a place you have to go, it should be a place you love to go.” We run personal development training, MAS Book Club, and daily fun trivia activities. On top of making sure everyone spends time with and gets to know each other, we attend several company outings and fundraise for charities with MAS Gives Back. At our agency, there’s something for everyone.
