MAS Medical Staffing is over the moon for being named as one of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island for the second year in a row! This annual list of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island is curated by Providence Business News, Best Companies Group.
The purpose of this statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.
MAS received a spot as one of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island for 2019 by entering in a two-part survey process. The first process consisted of evaluating the company’s human resource policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part was derived from a confidential employee survey to measure the overall employee experience.
