Responsibilities:Provides Physical Therapy and related services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of Physical Therapy, and our clients guidelines. Provides quality Physical Therapy including: Evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment & discharge plan, supervision of assistants and aides & participates in case management. Represents our client's commitment to quality and service in all interaction with facility. Adheres to all state regulations regarding Physical Therapy. Candidate must have a PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP background with appropriate experience.
