Description
My Client has an immediate need for a COTA traveler in IL!
Evaluates and treatments of patients per orders, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Communicates with families, physicians and other health team members regarding residents. Maintains timely documentation in each medical record, labor and service logs. Participates in rehabilitation team meetings and appropriate committees as requested by the Director of Rehabilitation.
