Use your Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist skills in this small, quaint SNF in Lena, IL

Provides and directs Physical Therapy and PTA services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders. Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Successful completion of National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist. Current state licensure.
